reading: the quantum brain

Quite a fruitful day. Reading atlas of human anatomy, quantum theory and mind/neuroscience at the same time. Not quite systematic or seriously-studying, but fun—I never knew between quantum theory and cognition/consciousness one could draw a link, and an extremely intimate and important link at that, and reading two tomes centering on either of the two distinct disciplines and a third terrifically explaining the history and linking applications in between them is helluva roller coaster ride, witnessing how two big seemingly unrelated pieces of the Jigsaw puzzle put side by side and suddenly make total sense. The terrific book is called THE QUANTUM BRAIN, by JEFFERY SATINOVER. Check it out if you will.

More to come, I am only fifty pages into it and it’s already set my head pleasantly spinning.
